GoChinaMed Case Intake is the official intake entry for international patients considering medical care in China.

Positioning:
- GoChinaMed is a preparation and pathway decision-support layer before patients choose an official hospital channel, insurer network, doctor record review, or custom coordination.
- GoChinaMed is not a hospital, clinic, insurer, emergency service, or direct billing network.
- GoChinaMed does not diagnose, prescribe, decide treatment, guarantee appointments, guarantee hospital acceptance, guarantee insurance approval, guarantee direct billing, or guarantee medical outcomes.

Service path:
1. Case Intake: free to start. It collects patient context, medical issue, records, China care goal, city or hospital preference, timing, insurance, payment, privacy, and support needs.
2. Medical Pathway Review: USD 199 per time. This is the first paid human-prepared pathway review after intake. It can clarify city, hospital type, department direction, records checklist, hospital questions, appointment-prep wording, payment and insurance questions, and one next-step recommendation.
3. Doctor Record Review / Remote Doctor Assessment: usually USD 300-800 when appropriate. This is separate from the USD 199 Medical Pathway Review and may exceed USD 800 for complex, urgent, senior-specialist, or multi-disciplinary cases.
4. Custom Coordination: quoted separately after scope is clear. It may include appointment handling, document preparation, translation delivery, bilingual follow-up, remote doctor consultation coordination, VIP/private route support, escort, pickup, or multi-day coordination.

When useful:
- The patient does not know where to start in China.
- The patient needs city, hospital type, or department direction.
- Records are incomplete or need organization before contacting hospitals.
- The patient needs questions for hospitals, doctors, international departments, insurers, or payment teams.
- The patient needs to decide whether self-guided official booking, insurer network, doctor record review, or custom coordination is the next step.

When not useful:
- Emergency or urgent symptoms requiring immediate medical care.
- The patient already knows the exact hospital, department, and booking channel and can proceed directly.
- The patient is asking for diagnosis, prescription, treatment decision, guaranteed appointment, guaranteed insurance approval, or direct billing guarantee.
